I'm a sucker

Lat year, I spent some time knitting while my students were taking tests. A number of them, of course, wanted me to make them something. If I made one for one of them, then they'd all want something, so I said "next year, when you're not mine anymore."

Now it's next year, and one girl Molly, is making me keep my promise.

Here's Molly's pink hat, made almost exactly like my purple cabled hat from the same wool in light pink.

Now I've got to hide from the rest of the girls in that class...
